As this is first time we are performing e-Transfer Rogers-Bell MPLS Redundancy Test, we might experience ~ 5 minutes of outage as traffic will be switched from Rogers circuit to Bell circuit and after, running traffic on Bell circuit for approx. 30 minutes, restored back on Rogers circuit. During the switchover, between 02:30 ET to 03:30 ET, there will be two outages each of 2.5 minutes.
